SHIPPING
United States domestic orders will be shipped as they are ready via USPS or FedEx. International orders will be shipped via FedEx. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

 

RETURNS
Non-sale items:
Unworn, unwashed, non-damaged sneakers and accessories with tags attached may be returned within 10 days of receipt of your order; a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Made-to-order apparel may be returned within 10 days of receipt of your order for store credit only. The cost of shipping a return item is the buyer's responsibility.

Guillermo Bravo reserves the right to deny a refund for any returned items that do not meet the requirements of our return policy. If an item does not meet the requirements of the return policy, it will be shipped back to the buyer at their cost.

Sale items: All sale items are final sale, non-returnable.
